The carcass threads, which run diagonally across the tire at an angle of 45 degrees in conventional bicycle tires, are arranged at a much more obtuse angle in the radial tires. E-50 – For fast e-bikes up to 50 km/h (S-pedelecs with approval, versichung and pedal assistance also over 25 km/h) a special approval of the tire is necessary. It is recommended for these bikes e-bike tires with the European-wide valid ECE-R75 approval.
